According to the Webster's Revised Unabridged Dictionary Christianity is defined as:

                       "Practical conformity of one's inward and outward life

                                    to the spirit of the Christian religion"

   The American Heritage of the English Language, Fourth Edition states:

                        "The Christian religion, founded on the life and

                                                 teachings of Jesus."

   So who is this "Jesus" and why have so many people "dedicated"

       their lives to Him?

          the prophecies He has fulfilled.  I suggest checking it out.
