Graphic ElementI work with clay and printmaking processes because both mediums require responding to constant change. My work conveys the complex nature of human emotion; my prints employ high contrast between light and dark surfaces, as well as curvilinear lines. In clay I create soft, intimate spaces with sinuous, moving surfaces. My aim is to create objects and images that allow new discoveries with each glimpse.
