Dana Cowley

Printmaking is a collaboration between artists and the process, which I experience as a steady source of inspiration. The importance of precise interactions with tools and the steps taken to produce an image parallels that of my involvement in finding sources for my work. Through these experiences I attempt to capture the spaces and the emotions they evoke. To be overwhelmed by the sight, smell or touch of something is uniquely beautiful. That grandeur is what I strive to instill in my work.
